Shipping and policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been processed, containing your tracking number if applicable.
Your personal information is only used for postage.
Within New Zealand, all items are sent with a tracking number.
If you order from overseas, you have 2 options:
- International Airmail: No tracking
- International Courier : A tracking number is provided for your items.
We recommend that you provide us with your phone number when you order, especially if you choose the untracked option.
Due to Covid-19 shipping delays are to be expected :
The spread of COVID-19 globally has led to reduced airfreight capacity and more recently, stricter lock-down restrictions within certain countries, causing delays to parcels coming in and out of New Zealand.
Delays are expected to continue for some time.

If you need to send something urgently overseas, especially to the UK, a European destination or Canada, the only way at the moment is International Express Courier services.
Please make sure to look at the list above and select the right shipping option for your country or your order might be cancelled if the option selected is not applicable.

Return and refund :
If you receive your item with a fault due to a carver's mistake please contact us within 10 days via the 'contact form', with a proof of your purchase.
We will be in contact with you as soon as possible and arrange either a repair or a refund of the item.
If you are not satisfied with your item, feel free to contact us within 10 days and we can arrange a return.
The shipping will be at your own cost.
If the item is returned in its original condition, you will receive a refund of 70% of the price.
