This small Hei Tiki is hand-carved by Nick from Pakohe, a dense and richly coloured stone traditionally valued by Māori for its strength and fine texture.
 
Compact yet full of presence, the Hei Tiki is a revered form often symbolising ancestral connection, wisdom, and protection. The subtle detailing in this piece reflects both tradition and careful craftsmanship.
Its smooth finish brings out the natural character of the Pakohe, with earthy tones and fine grain unique to each pendant.
